“I have been training for a good few years now as I was at a massive 26.5st when I decided to get into a healthy and fitter lifestyle. I’m diabetic (Type 1 or Type 2), can I complete the 8 WEEK WORKOUT program?
Providing your GP has given you consent to follow a regimented health and fitness regime, then YES, you can complete the 8 WEEK WORKOUT program.
Although the 8 WEEK WORKOUT program can’t of course cure diabetes, a more active, healthy and balanced lifestyle can certainly help to improve certain effects.

The 8 WEEK WORKOUT program is not suitable during pregnancy; however, as soon as you are fit, healthy and have medical clearance from your GP, then the 8 WEEK WORKOUT program is a great way to shift baby weight, shape and tone your body.

Can I complete this workout at home?

Can 8 WEEK WORKOUT improve my sports related performance?

What do I do if a piece of equipment is too heavy for me to lift for the required rep range?
Simple. You will simply do the exercise as a body weight exercise, as an assisted exercise or use an alternative piece of equipment.
For example, if you aren’t able to do a barbell bench press because the bar alone is 20kg in weight, you will simply use a lighter pre-loaded barbell which starts at 5kg or use dumbbells which start at 2kg.
